I am expecting my final plans to sign this week. Just wondering are they going to put a temporary fence in your case? Re: Porter Davis homes 9694May 18, 2014 9:02 pm If my Council Regulations costs are only $100 then I would say not, although it is still listed. I am expecting my final plans to sign this week. For us it was just shy of 4 weeks, however we had to delay due to finalising pool. At the meeting to sign the construction plans they gave me the dates which was actually 2 weeks later. So you could expect anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on other houses starting in your area.
