The LED Downlights actually look great when installed. We now have a dimmable LED driver so the LED options are dimmable (CFL's typically are not dimmable).
We also have some other LED Downlights which are smaller, and are great for most applications such as bedrooms, hallways, living areas etc. Our Quattro series have been extremely popular. I have inlcuded links below
The other main major advantages of our LED downlights over CFL are
Superlight LED Downlights are now Dimmable
Superlight LED Downlights look much better
Superlight LED Downlights consume much lower energy
Supelright LED Downlights feature Immediate Flicker Free Start
Supelight LED Downlights require Zero amp Maintenance
Supelright LED's contain Zero Mercury (CFLs contain high levels of toxic mercury)

Superlight LED Downlights are extremely high quality fittings and have an expected life ov >50 000 hours. This means in addition to being the most eco-friendly option, They offer the biggest energy $$$ savings, they also offer significant lamp and maintenance savings.

I inspected a renovated shop in the city yesterday and it had heaps of 5x3W globes (total 18W each I was told, but that is only 15W) - they were about twice the diameter of regular downlight globes, and used the high-intensity surface-mount LED's. They were also 24v, and was told about $200 each!
They seemed to be bright enough on their own to adequately light the shop, but they had a few more traditional rectangular (150W?) recessed lights running down the length of the shop, and were going to put a few more of them in at the front of the shop. Unfortunately the contractor that installed the lights wasn't there for me to ask where he got them from or what brand they were. They certainly looked impressive, but very expensive (as all LED globes are IMHO). I wish I had a camera with me to take photos and didn't think of taking one into work with me today to take photos either, and won't be in the city anymore to be able to take photos next week either...
I checked the store's website but they don't have a photo of the shop on their website.
The nearest thing I've found that looks like them is these
It look like LEDs are starting to make a compelling entrance into mainstream lighting. Even at $200 each, it's worth considering. Superlight has the 3 x 3W for about $100 each, but these would not be a halogen replacement. If done properly, 15W of LED should have the same light output as a 50W halogen. So, in a typical house, you may be looking at 50 downlights at (soon) $100 each, which is $5000. Not all that much when you look at the entire building cost.
Here's the good bit. If they last 50,000 hours then if you have them on for an average of 3.4 hours per day, the lights will last 40 years, which is the typical life of a house these days!

I'd expect there was at least 50 of these fittings on the ground floor, and I didn't even look on the other 3 floors - that would be $10,000, just for ground floor LED lights (and not including the other lights they had)!
The time before they'd need to be replacemed (based on 50,000hrs) would be dramatically reduced for commercial premises, which may have them on 24/7 - meaning they wouldn't even last a year, but even having them on for only 8hrs/day 6days/week wouldn't even increase the life-span to 3 years...
But in saying that, this isn't forum.commercialone.com.au
