Plate Height!!!! 208Oct 25, 2013 8:43 pm Cheers, guys. I think they missed the lintels because they're not used to putting them where we've got them. Because we've gone for the balcony right at the rear, we've pushed the master suite to the opposite end to where it would normally go. Anyway. It appears all the ground floor walls have been completed and the last bit of the portico finished, so I guess we're at plate height. Photo overload. It looks huge! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour. Plate Height!!!! 209Oct 25, 2013 9:22 pm looks really good!! congrats! if i have WIR as a kid I'd be thrilled! it does look massive, I'd start looking for a cleaning lady now Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour. It's having a concrete base but there hasn't been any shuttering laid for it. You can see a hole on the right hand side of the last picture. If it's going to be poured separately from the rest of the upper storey there'll be a joint all the way around going above the son's bedroom. Not quite sure how it would be sealed. Got a great aerial picture of your roof! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour. Floor trusses. 220Nov 13, 2013 9:38 pm The gap in the bottom left corner is where the balcony slab should be going. There are a couple of trusses still to go in on top of the cantilever beams. I think the proposal that a supply and demand curve are a natural law are well exaggerated. Wages never seem to follow this curve, and also prices for supply are sticky… 18 19142 Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers.
