And double yay for master suite upstairs design - this was a key requirement for us. My wife and I aren't bath people - but can see that your ensuite would be great if you are. Triple yay for having Silvia looking after you - she's great. brookey_d We are looking into 101 but concerned aboutt he noise factor witht he upstairs compared to cement slab upstairs. We have been told that we can add extra insulation and with the addition of a great quality carpet and underlay it wouldn't be notices. We had these discussions while considering our options too - but the key factor for us was that our design with master suite upstairs means that we are over the garage, guest bedroom and theatre room. If I'm in the ensuite and someone is trying to watch a movie downstairs I'm not that fussed if there is additional noise And there are ways to soundproof it further if it is an issue. Plus watching the guys do the pre-wire now, I think we'll have a lot more flexibility if we want to change anything upstairs than with double brick+concrete slab.
