In your ensuite I'd out double shower where vanity currently is then add vanitys between shower and toilet. In kitchen add a panel next to fridge so things don't fall beside it. Our current house was same layout so we added panel plus overheads over fridge and next to range hood either side. Re: Ben Trager. Would agree with you but we were quoted $2500 to go for a double vanity and, try as we might, we can't justify that amount for so little. I think the proposal that a supply and demand curve are a natural law are well exaggerated. Wages never seem to follow this curve, and also prices for supply are sticky… 18 20207 Go to an actual paint store, not bunnings. Dulux even have trade centers. Don't have to be a trade to but their paint. 1 14070 Depends how much direct sun it gets. Is there any shading (eaves or trees)?
