Just as keen to get in as you and everyone else i think. The examiner picked it up 2 days after it was lodged. They say it takes 10 working days to be picked up, but unless your the developer they only tell you minimal information The status on the web should change today. The LPI office has advised me that the urgency for registration was declined, but titles and paperwork has been ordered and received back and that the examiner will process the 38 lots this week for Stage 51...Should hopefully be by friday...They get checked and done individually This is the same thing i was told by Brett at Cornish last week. Not holding them to this though. After all this time lets hope we start hearing some good news soon..... Re: Building in Spring Farm Riverside - Stage 51 39May 24, 2013 1:49 pm Hi All, Just thought I would let you know that from my understanding 'under requisition' means something needs fixing or clarified to LPI by Cornish so may cause further delays unfortunately.... Best for you to check what's happening I would suggest.
