Browse Forums Building A New House Re: BUILDING WITH ALLWORTH HOMES AND PERRY HOMES NEWCASTLE N 2Apr 09, 2013 4:05 pm We're building with Perry Homes at Maitland. Our frames are going up today *insert big smile* Our price hasn't changed at all from the start. Our block is a funny shape and quite narrow towards the back. Others builders wouldn't look at us or wanted us to build split level but Perry have been great and just opted to level the land and bring in fill. The only time we would have payed more was if the builders hit rock or if we decided to upgrade on the standards that come with the house. I can't fault them as yet. Feel free to msge me or reply here if you have any more questions. Re: BUILDING WITH ALLWORTH HOMES AND PERRY HOMES NEWCASTLE N 3Apr 09, 2013 4:25 pm tanga i from the mid north coast. we are building with adenbrook homes they have a head office at port macquarie. site costs etc will depend on your land etc we are getting a huge driveway(three car garage) in agarate and cost was over $9 thousand simple driveways will even halve this cost. we have a quite a long and tall retaining wall going along one side of the house and nearly across the back of the house and cost was 12 thousand. again different materials could rise or lower the cost our house is nearly 39 squares split level pics are one my building thread hoping this helps with ideas for you not sure on on site costs as our had alot of cut and fill we looked at perry homes and came very close to choosing them until we saw the adenbrook display home go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 111326 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11408 |
