Should have kept driving! It will all happen soon. But a bit of bloody communication from the company would be nice. I'm sure this time next week you'll have a vacant block and we will be looking at more photos, getting even more jealous of your amazing spot C U S T O M. C O R A L. How long until Coral can start from when you let them know. Re: Coral Homes - Modified Bronte 178Aug 31, 2016 8:34 pm Coral will not put their foot on the property until they get the Asbestos Clearance certificate. Demo guys found more asbestos under the garage floor (surprise, surprise!) yesterday so we are expecting to be stung again. Weather is closing in so I doubt they will be finished by Friday. So far five weeks! Anyway when Coral gets the certificate it will take them a couple of weeks for the extra surveys and soil testing done then they should eventually give us a start date. Hang in there. Hopefully the weather holds off. I don't think we are due for heavier rain until the weekend. Before and after just showers. Fingers crossed C U S T O M. C O R A L. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4354 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74716 |
