You don't mind me ask what something like that is worth Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 84Apr 30, 2016 6:32 am MrsJM Just caught up on your thread... Good to hear it's all getting moving for you! That pool- wow gonna be gorgeous! C U S T O M. C O R A L. B R O N T E. 43 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=79581 Hey! Yeah it's getting exciting now I'll have to find the time and have a little read of yours! Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 86May 06, 2016 2:22 pm No yet, energy rating got passed and that was yesterday, I'm hoping next week! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81627&p=1505759#p1505759 Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 87May 06, 2016 2:26 pm Ahh nice, that's one big step down. They normally dont submit the Building Permit unless they have the Energy rating, so I would think you should get it back before the end of next week. Then not long till you're building! Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 88May 10, 2016 4:42 pm I know it's a such a process I just keep thinking about you and Libby and know that it is worth it in the end! Keep you guys posted, hopefully the weather comes good for all of us! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81627&p=1505759#p1505759 Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 90May 12, 2016 6:44 pm Hey Camma, yep permit came back yesterday and sent straight to our finance provider who confirmed approval for finance. Now it's all the ordering etc, it just feels like one thing after the other and some times I've felt like screaming!! But I understand they need all their ducks lined up before they do certain things like energy rating pre building permit etc but I tell ya I'm getting so antsy about the whole process Watching all your builds is helping knowing that the end is near. I would love to be in by November so we can have Christmas in our new place...that's the dream! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81627&p=1505759#p1505759 Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 91May 13, 2016 8:37 am Oh nice, sounds like you are very close now! Yeah the whole waiting thing is a real pain, but hang in there cause you're very close to the end of the Admin pain now. I'd love to say that the impatience goes away once you start construction, but I actually think it gets worse. Even though I know they need to let our slab cure before they move to start framing, I still want them to be out there putting the frame up now Re: building Monaco lux 2 in bayside melbourne KDR 92May 13, 2016 8:41 am camma18 Oh nice, sounds like you are very close now! When you poured yours we were having 30+ degree days still. This week has been pretty miserable weather wise, so needs a little longer. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13447 |
