The formatting in your last post is a bit glitchy but it sounds like things are progressing well! You happy with the quality of work? Re: Building with Allworth Homes in NSW 52Sep 28, 2016 9:30 am Yea some thing went wrong with formatting. Actually Not sure what to look for. We have no experience in building houses. Couldn't see any obvious issue. So I m thinking of hiring a inspector to go through everything after completion. Re: Building with Allworth Homes in NSW 53Oct 04, 2016 12:38 pm WEEK 14: Kitchen completed except for the Bench top. Skirting boards, internal window frames and Doors installed. Grage Door yet to be completed. Preparation work for wet area tiling completed. Next big job if fittings and painting. And we are getting floor covering from a 3rd party. Thus we have to wait until handover to do the measurements and installation. That is a pain. Allworth is very strict on access due to EHS reasons. They don't let anyone inside even to do measurements. Keep that in mind when you are going for 3rd part installations. WEEK 13: All the roof corners completed. Waterproofing completed on 24/09. Congratulations thats fantastic!!! When will they do handover? Still no bloody progress for us. They stuffed up our working days so instead of 20days ending today it ends the 25th. Not holding my breathe though. Zero progress on site and havent been contacted by our supervisor or anything to know who they are? Re: Building with Allworth Homes in NSW 57Oct 18, 2016 10:27 am Hi Supervisor supposed call me this week and inform about the handover date. Regarding your issue, Contact the head office reception and get the construction office number and building managers name that belong to your area. Also ask for the time & date they will be in the office as well. Then I called them to get an updated before waiting for them to call. Thats what we did . Good Luck...
