Browse Forums Buying Land 1 Aug 04, 2020 11:39 am Hi we are looking into settling for a block of land at macarthur heights. it shows on the map "land affected by fill". what exactly would that mean? how much of an impact does it have? we had a look at the block and it is relatively flat compared to others blocks. just a small gradual decline towards the back of the land. also, any one who has a recent experience with a good builder in that area? looking for some recommendations. preferrable with builders who are offering to pay "rent" while building on the block. please advise!
