Browse Forums Buying Land Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 101Jun 15, 2016 10:03 pm Axe1siat Thanks for the reply, that's what I thought so the R2 in Stage-1 registered already & settled as I spw someone on Stage-1, he settled 2 weeks ago. Mine is E4 Stage-1 so I have to wait. I would imagine it's even more agonising wait for Stage-2 as some of you might have bought it long time ago. Won't be too much longer for u hopefully! Who are u planning to build with? Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 102Jun 17, 2016 11:21 pm E4 Stage1 I saw status change to Plan Relodged via Eplan yesterday Today it changed to under requisition again . Has anyone inquired through there lawyer to confirm whats happening on this. Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 103Jun 20, 2016 3:16 pm Hi Everyone My very first post,my daughter and her husband bought land in stage 2 Hillview estate back in November 2014 a long time ago. I drove down there today and still nothing no earth moving equipment absolutely nothing that even looks like it is going to happen.Very disappointing. Every time we speak to David he is so very positive yet he is so wrong with his prediction of when things are going to proceed. It does look like the people have moved out of the two homes which are sitting on stage two. So hopefully that is a good sign that earth works will commence soon. I'm really hoping to see them start by the end of this month.... But that's only 10 days away now! Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 107Jun 20, 2016 4:11 pm Oh, I thought I saw someone in there still about 4wks ago. David said to me last week that the developer is planning to settle on the stage 2 land soon (sounded like the plan was this week) and that the developer was intending the contractors to start straight away after that. So I'm hoping there is some truth in that.... And that the developer doesn't stall waiting for stage 1 E4 to settle. Hopefully the fact that R2 stage 1 has all settled is enough for him to start moving on stage 2.... If he doesn't I'm assuming he is waiting for his E4 $$ from stage 1. My friend said when she spoke to the contractor recently that they had signed the contract with the developer for stage 2, so hopefully it's all systems go soon! (Hoping!) Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 110Jun 20, 2016 4:19 pm Engineering construction certificate for stage 2 still not approved yet though... Still on stop the clock. (probably because the developer hasn't paid a contribution fee yet or something) Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 111Jun 21, 2016 8:09 am It must be frustrating for you guys who bought on Stage-2 almost two years ago since construction hasn't even started still. My solicitor advised me last Fri the developer's solicitor advised my lot Stage-1 E4 will settle today (Tue 21/06) in which I doubt will happen. I don't even see it settled by this Fri. In saying that hopefully the $$$ awaiting to come from Stage-1 E4 wont hold off starting the Stage-2. Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 114Jun 23, 2016 10:17 am I go LPI website, LPI online shop then click on Title Searches and Records then click on Document & Plan Status. Enter the document number DP number which is for Stage-1 E4 DP270950. I saw it was registered at 5pm in LPI in which I also received a call from my Solicitor 10 minutes advising me they received a fax from the developer's Solicitor. Re: Hillview Ridge Estate North Kellyville 117Jun 24, 2016 8:26 pm Are there anyone here besides me got a lot on Stage-1? I'm just wondering if the developer gave you any final land levels besides what David gave us previously (master plan) prior to civil works. Also does anyone know if BAL rating has changed (dropped)?
