Browse Forums Pools & Spas 1 Nov 05, 2014 7:51 am Hi, we've got an old Spa Quip Spa Power 500a and are having problems with the temperature control. We have just re-filled the spa after having it switched off and empty for about 2 weeks. When turning it back on, the 'sensed' temperature went straight to 30 deg, even though we had just filled it with cold water. When we set the temperature at 25 deg, the heater wouldn't cut in as the 'sensed temp' is higher than the set temp. We've waited 4 days and the sensed temp is slowly coming down (it's on 25 today), we've turned down the set temp to 19 deg to see if we can get the sensed temp down. I've searched high and low for a diagram of the heater so we can pull the damn thing apart but can't find one. We are thinking it's the thermostat which should be relatively easy to replace..if we could find a diagram. Anyone have any ideas? posting.php?mode=post&f=65# 2 6352 I don’t think so as the floor area over 300 square meters then it is class 3…. 12 18345 |
