I have since noticed significant bubbling of the fiberglass all over the pool and when you rub the side of the pool the water becomes cloudy. All of the pool chemistry tests are fine and calcium levels are also fine so I don't think its calcium build up. My question is does a landlord have to resurface an old pool, I think it's around 20 years old based upon dates the house was renovated? Is it a safety issue?
