If so, how does it perform?. A little worried that it might be a little under powered for our house. Our house is only 24sq.
It will be put in as two separate zones on the air con, one for living and the other for bedrooms. As I believe you will only be able to run one zone at a time, it should cool that zone down fine unless you live in an area with 'extreme' temperatures...
If worried about the effectiveness of the air con, you can increase your thermal insulation which will mean that the air con has less heat load to counteract. Wall wrapping and increasing the rating of the wall and ceiling batts was actually pretty reasonablly priced by MDJ.
We have two zones. You can run either or both. The system is big enough to run both. We have the anti con insulation under the roof, plus ceiling insulation. As well, 2.8 ceilings. The house stays very comfortable in the hot days. Last summer we did not have to run the a/c very much
