Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Highbury Homes, Perth SoR build, Tiling Complete 292May 27, 2016 10:12 pm Currently having some dramas withbthe garage door. It leaks through the panels and then the frame fills up and slowly overflows. Then wheyou open the door it all pours down on the car and you if you are standing underneath the door. The manufacturer says this isn't a manufacturing fault and the door isn't waterproof that is why there are drain holes in the frame. I advised its leaking where there aren't any drain holes hence its overflowing, but they are still saying its not a manufacturing problem and all garage doors leak... The conversation go around and around. Anyways I've talked to the building commission and unfortunately it currently doesn't look like I have a choice but to go there as the manufacturer doesn't see a problem. Again unfortunate as we really love the door. The water run doesn't look like much in the picture but its constant.
