Is that Merbau? Looks like it's got a mix of different shades, that'll look good when it's all done! Thanks Budd ! Plants were all by wife's selection..I was only counting the Yes it's Merbau for the decking..after looking around finally decided to just go with Merbau ! It goes along nicely with the other timber in the Alfresco area and is also most commonly used for decks..not much that could be done for the difference in shades but only hoping it gets better once stained & oiled.. That's what happens to one of ours or is it coming from somewhere else? Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 717Jan 14, 2016 8:46 am Have no clue Didn't want to even touch it as long as we don't have the plumber come in to inspect.. I'm guessing it is something in between the downpipe and the sewerage hole..just a guess ! We found them great so far. Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 719Jan 16, 2016 2:17 pm Ok so not very impressed by Henley's Home assurance team. Rang them to register an issue and got told it will take 2-3 weeks for an inspector to come and check the issue after I've sent them some pictures. Send through an email right away and rang again yesterday to discover that still no action had been taken. The lady on the call said she'll get the plumber to call and organize for a time (so no more inspector inspection on the second call) ! Day 3 and we haven't heard back from anyone so the backgarden project is stuck halfway Our Build Thread - http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Build thread of our Monaco Lux Q1 - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76750 Update: Handover - 2 Sep Re: Building Monaco Lux Q1 - Handover 2 Sep !!! 720Jan 17, 2016 7:35 am That is very frustrating when your half way through a job on the weekend.
