I just hope for one thing...
That Vanessa IS in fact a consultant that knows what she is talking about and not just a sales person.

Settlement 230Jul 06, 2015 9:17 pm Roomeat Haha yeah it IS $$$$$$$$ $15000.00 exactly lol But we did cost in everything to worst case. We will now go through and drop a lot out. Most of the upstairs will be cut back to single fan / light scenario and will get our sparky to go through and add in the extras at a later date. Done the worst case this morning though so we can ensure we have enough circuits and power coming in (Got to upgrade to 3 phase) http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb286/roomeat/elecplan1_zpsioukmqwr.jpg http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb286/roomeat/elecplan2_zpsglixxno9.jpg Is that $15k including light fittings? Re: Clarendon Parkhill 36 in Coomera Retreat. Settlement 233Jul 07, 2015 1:18 am belzey Wow that is quite a lot of lights lol. Lol it is isn't it As I mentioned though, we done it to worst case so that I knew the power coming in as well as the circuit boards were going to cater for just about anything. We even included a junction out the back for power and lights to the future pool and had that run all the way back to the meter box to take advantage of off peak. There is a lot we can take out but will have to sit down and see if it's actually worth taking out to do later. Settlement 235Jul 18, 2015 11:01 am How's things progressing through admin roomeat? Any closer to a site start yet? If I see on the news a truck parked neatly in Clarendon head office I'll know they aren't playing nicely. Re: Clarendon Parkhill 36 in Coomera Retreat. Settlement 236Jul 18, 2015 12:34 pm On hold with Clarendon at the moment. Just trying to negotiate a compromise on covenants with developer. If that fails then I'll pull out the trump card that they wont like.. Solicitors letter explaining that the covenants are not enforceable lol. I am happy to come to a compromise with them to keep everyone (read them) happy, but not willing to cowl and hide in a corner and let someone dictate to me how my home will look lol. Building and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2009 ‘246Q Restrictions that have no force or effect—other restrictions ‘(1) This section applies to a relevant instrument that, but for this section, would have the effect of— (a) restricting a person from occupying a class 1a building before particular landscaping, fencing, driveways or similar work associated with the construction of the building is completed; or (b) restricting the use of a specific material or type of surface finish for the roof or external walls of a class 1a building or an enclosed class 10a building attached to a class 1a building; or (c) restricting the location on the roof or other external surface of a prescribed building where a solar hot water system or photovoltaic cells may be installed. Settlement 238Jul 18, 2015 6:08 pm Yeah plans are approved. That was another issue as they were suppose to go to covenants before council and Clarendon sent them straight to council. Caused me some serious grief. On to the next drama lol. Have to send developer another email so will no doubt hear back from them early in the week.
