How many different tradesman do we need to organise? Where do we start? Plumber, tiler.. ? Do we hire someone to run the project? I'd prefer to have it done quickly rather than over a period of weeks/months. They'll do the rip out and any new framing or framing to be altered then get the plumber and sparky to do their rough in. Once that's been done they;ll either do the waterproofing themselves or organise a specialist waterproofer to do it then sheet the walls and ceiling. Once that has been done they'll get a tiler in to do all the tiling then fit the vanity etc. After that the plumber comes back to do the final plumbing fit-out , the sparky connects the new power points, extractor fan etc and the shower screen gets fitted.
