I believe it is 55% mine definitely says it's 55. And it also says minimum landscape area is 15% too. Then there is another number for the Max allowed sqm of your entire building including all floors but it doesn't show a % on my contract just a sqm amount. It was a strange feeling as we were so happy yet i couldn't stop thinking about those poor ppl from stage 1. I sincerely hope all gets resolved / has been resolved in their favour.
