Thanks for the prompt reply CDL1968. I have a number of other questions I hope you can answer: - Was your price with Henley fixed or did you take a roll of the dice? - What class slab did you get? - What did your soil test come back as? - Do you happen to recall measurements on slab thickness? Beam thickness? Beam spacing? - Did you have much rock out of your site - Did you require any more fill for your site? Sorry if I can't answer many of these, I moved in nearly 11 months ago. I had a fixed price once I chose everything so no more costs except: fence, curtains, blind, decking etc. The only thing about the slab I know is that it was not a waffle pod. Soil tests I never inquired but I do know they influenced the slab type. Sorry, no measurements on the slab. No rock needed taking out more than the small % that is done for free. Infill was also not required. Sorry but you will have to remind me where stage 28 is. It's Patchouli Avenue off Vetiver Avenue near Doherty's Creek. Good riddance if you ask me. They stole so much money from me and my husband for doing initial design plans. Thank god we found another local builder around Pagewood and… 6 10152 |
