Given, we have a builder/carpenter, curious to know specifically what a concreter is responsible for? Is it marking where the stumps holes need to be (or is this the builder/carpenters responsibility?), drilling the holes (or is this the builder/carpenters responsibility?), inserting the concrete posts (or is this the builder/carpenters responsibility) and then organising for the concrete to be poured into the drilled holes so it can set?
