In fact, because the site's locked, the electricity meter-reader guy hasn't been able to check power, so we've been getting power bills based on an estimate from when we were living there ... For example my latest elec bill was $39 and water bill $98 and that covered my water rates in it for that 2 months . I hope that helps .
