Looking great delatite13. Like the sound of those windows. Does that mean you can have different colours on the inside? We were looking for something like that and eventually went for Dowell Thermaline. Only one colour though.

Yes you can have different colours on the inside and the outside. We chose Colourbond Dune for the outside and White for the inside. There's a pic on our blog showing the colours.
The inside colour choice was limited to only a few colours though, not as big a range as the outside colours as yet. 'Trend' is planning to expand the choice in the future depending on demand.
There are quite a few who can do site cuts in this neck of the woods. Excavators are a dime a dozen. Good ones are a bit harder to find.
We used Alpine Civil constructions. I know the owner Ben Kipping. They do good work and over a 450 sq m site were only 50mm out of level. Wanted level for a waffle pod slab. If you need earth excavated that is not that expensive, but if you need it it "relocated" the price may get up a bit. We had a quote but it blew out a bit because of unknown factors. All worked out OK in the end though.
We didn't have to remove dirt, but rather bought in about 1300 M3 of dirt as it grew further out of level than we thought.!!
The cost of moving dirt - depending on how much- will not be that cheap from Goughs back to Mansfield unless they can find a local area that needs it.
