Has anyone been in our situation before , how did you answer the question? You will need to show why you need this permit and justify your reason. But frankly speaking, if your last application was within like 2 years, most likely you will need a very strong case to support your intention. Other States are much stricter and I'd say there's no chance of getting approval. I'm really pleased that they've at least allowed you to provide a case to support your request.
