Regarding the roof trusses, someone suggests making an order after the wall frames have been erected, so that the roof manufacturer can come over to measure the actual size and make roof trusses accurately. These are things that might not be prepared during the prefab process. I do believe that it is better to let timber rest on site for at least a week before start using them. If it is steel truss and frames, I wouldn't have these concerns.
