This being our first home, I must say we were a bit ambitious and were having very high expectations. We wanted the best without really realising the cost implications of each of what we wanted. We initially had signed up on the harper plan since it was such a lovely plan with the kitchen and pantry being on one side. But I still wasn’t happy with the master bedroom to the road. So we chanced on Belrose during one of our display home visits and no looking back from there! So when it came to cutting costs, as we were on a pretty tight budget, we settled on the builder’s standard range of things for most of it except for the range hood. Shutters installed for door and windows. 10 April 2017- Shelving done 11 April 2017- Internal doors installed, Locked up 13 April 2017- Ceilings and Cornices painted, Internal doors painted. 18 April 2017- Cabinets installed in Kitchen and bathrooms. waterproofing complete for bathrooms 22 April 2017- Wall painting commenced, front painting base coat complete, vanities installed, bench tops installed in en-suite and bathroom, tiling commenced for bathrooms & laundry 26 April 2017- Lockup meeting with site manager. Hi I'm new to this forum, I am considering celebration as well and I wanted to know if you got all these as promotional deals or upgrades and possibly share how much you had to pay for these promos.
