Feeling 100x better, did you use the same floor tile on the wall? Hats what is scaring me the most there's nothing to break it up, but the white basins break it up perfectly GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 We used the same tiles on walls and floor. It looked great Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 82Jan 30, 2017 7:51 pm Stop them photos are all to die for, that white kitchen with the dark grey splash back is what we are having.... you made me squeal out loud when I saw it and showed my hubby l have taken a photo of it to look at every night before I fall asleep Coral homes Modified Stradbroke Sent from my iPad usingTapatalk Milestone coral homes modified stradebroke 32 Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 83Feb 05, 2017 8:44 pm We are slowly making progress. Hubby didn't want to sign the contract until we had finance approved. The valuation came in and we were happy with it and then it was up to the bank just to approve it. We were booked in to sign the contract next Wednesday. Then we got an email from our land developer saying full pressure town water was now available in the estate (as opposed to a huge tank on trickle feed). So, the plans and pricing needed to be adjusted which means they will need to do an adjustment on the valuation. It will hold things up more but it will also save us thousands of $. We are still going to sign on Wednesday. We signed a contract variation today and we are hoping like hell they don't charge us for it. Our SC wrote has asked them not to charge us. We also have our tile appointment on Wednesday with National tiles. I have been playing around with the digital decorator website and have pretty much finalised what I want. We have decided to go for a darker kitchen but will still have white cabinets. Will post a pic at the bottom of this. Our actual flooring will be a lighter colour timber look tile. Have decided on pretty much everything now. Yay! Getting excited! I have just had a 10 day girls trip to Bali and have bought some nice stuff for the house We signed the contract before I left. We were still waiting on finance to be approved so hubby would just go in and pay the deposit once that was through. It came through last week and the deposit was paid on Wednesday. On Wednesday arvo we got an email saying that it had been sent to a private certifier for approval We have been given a start date of the 11th April! Things are finally starting to happen. Yay! I need to make an appointment for our colours appointment but need to wait until I go back to work on Tuesday to see when I can get time off. I am hoping we can do colours and electrical on the same day. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 90Feb 26, 2017 4:40 pm Oh girls trip to Bali, sounds fab!! GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 95Feb 26, 2017 5:26 pm Tamara1975 Inspiration for the kitchen I like a stark white kitchen but also like it with some black/charcoal in it too. We can't afford a glass splashback - we have about 8 metres of splashback so I would need a mortgage for that alone. I am leaning more towards the look in the last pic. Can't wait to do colours! Love it! Nice! I am hoping they have a timber look laminate that is more charcoal than brown. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 98Feb 28, 2017 11:51 am A little bit more progress yesterday. We have ordered hubby's 4 bay garage/man shed. He is rather excited lol. We are wanting to build it while the house is being built but we need to work out how it can be done, as technically the land is signed over to coral during the build but we are on an acre so the shed being build will not be anywhere near the house and won't interfere. Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 99Feb 28, 2017 9:26 pm How exciting hope you can get the she's building sorted! April 11 will come so quickly Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10970 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13745 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1768 |
