We will be building the Prague (Standard + Bed 4 option) changing the Bed 4 into a half room study. I have been waiting too long for this build to start. As it is our first build, never really anticipated that it would take forever. We were first told by the seller that Land will be registered in Jan, then April, then July. So, who knows when? Nov 2015 - paid deposit on land Dec 2015 - gallery 18/4/16 - Build contract signed 28/4/16 - Finance Approved 13/7/16 - Developer plan submitted to council 11/8/16 - Plan was lodged in the titles office 22/8/16 - Land registered 05/9/16 - Land settlement 28/09/16 - Building Approval 18/11/16 - Site cut 30/11/16 - Slab 08/12/16 - Frames complete 16/12/16 - fascia, gutter and roof cover complete. 11/01/17 - Bricks finished, plastering started 29/3/17 - PCI 22/4/17 - still waiting for handover 27/4/17 - occupancy permit received Re: Building Simonds Prague in QLD 2Aug 12, 2016 11:03 pm Following... Had a bit of drama earlier. Bank advised available amount last week but changed it 4 hours before the meeting. Solicitors advised to re-sched but I said no. I have been waiting for this land to register and I cannot afford for another delay. had to leave work, get a bank check and personally deliver to the conveyancer's office. Council approval next...
