The BBQ is approx $800 from BBQ Galore On the stillwater plans it says bbq area, so they got it made. We just selected the colours etc. Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 264Mar 24, 2017 8:45 am Wow very nice! Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 266Mar 24, 2017 10:19 am Wow the quality looks really good even though you are still battling with GJ! I bit the bullet and paid the deposit for my plans to be drafted and a tender made and I'm meant to get it in the weekend, so keen, hopefully our build quality end up as nice as yours as we've added around 100k extra on top for upgrades, similar to the upgrades you've added ei square set cornice, vanity units etc. Hope all goes well to you and the new site supervisor! Awesome house =] Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 267Apr 13, 2017 7:00 am Hey Ads, hope you're enjoying your new home!! It looks awesome!!! Loving the grass, hopefully it survived the deluge of the Debs and still kicking on. Loving the furniture, the black fridge looks unreal and all of your Nick Scali choices are to die for, can't wait until our table like yours is out and on show How long is your island bench? Trying to get a feel for mine but just holding up a tape measure doesn't really cut it GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 268Apr 13, 2017 10:33 am Hey Charli So happy that your build is finally moving!! The table is great, but a pain to keep clean . The glass weighs about 60kg, make sure you get it in the right spot before moving it. The bench is 2.5 x 1.2. Now we have to buy is pictures/art. We bought a caesarstone wall clock which we will need to mount Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 269Apr 13, 2017 10:41 am I know 13 weeks and frames just completed Omg I love the caeserstone clocks 🤤 they are so dreamy!! Thanks for the bench measurements, our bench is 2.6 x .900 I think... will need to double check that lol. Hubby and his mates can do the table, no way in hell I could lift it GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 270Apr 13, 2017 6:04 pm Everything looks wonderful... so jealous of some of your choices! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 271May 18, 2017 12:17 am Hi Ads, Had some questions about the big sliding stacker doors. - What glazing option did you go for? Single... single with low e ... double... etc - What are the fly screen's like? Did you upgrade them? - As we approach winter how is the feel of the house with large glass doors on either side of the family room. I'm most likely going to do the same as you.. 3m ceilings with 2.4m sliding doors. Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 272May 18, 2017 9:12 am Hey gummz, the sliding doors are 2.4 high, they are the boutique range from a&l windows. Its single glazed, not sure about the low e. Fly screens where from them also, they are pretty good, our dog has ran into them and they didn't break . The feel is still nice, we roll down our blinds, however you can feel a bit of chill, but I think that's to do with other open windows and floor tiling. We usually have a throw rug thing on the couch. The 3 meter ceilings with 2.4 is a good fit. I think if it was smaller the room would definitely look a little awkward. One thing we curse - why did we go for so many windows/doors, so much cleaning . It doesnt get too bad surprisingly, Re: First Build - GJ Gardner - Modified StillWater 274Nov 06, 2019 4:50 pm Springfield is a lovely place. We'll be building about half an hour away.
