Swooning over that hallway table!! Youve done so well It's from oz design furniture at kotara. I would seriously buy that entire shop if I could lol. But they don't tell you that you have to put it all together. After this move I'm positive that I'm a pro at flat packs lol. I would love to know where your painting is from that is in the bedroom? Thanks Kel. I have a bit of an eclectic style and love colour. I wanted to tone it back with this house but I just couldn`t lol (this is me trying to tone the colour back lol) Would you believe the artwork in the bedroom is from the reject shop? It is. I actually bought it when we were trying to sell our last home, o jazz it up a bit and ended up keeping it. From memory it was only $40? Do you have a building thread? They did a great job Thanks Ryalls. We are so happy with it! Your driveway and paths are looking great. Who knew that concrete could make such a difference lol. My Homeone Thread - Re: Post Handover Journey Begins :) 836Jan 21, 2017 10:59 am Looks great you were even allowed to do your cross over. That had to be plain for us. I agree I was so surprised how much the concrete changed the look of the house. I agree I was so surprised how much the concrete changed the look of the house. Thanks Surtees. Yes we were (I think). The gentleman who did our driveway lives in the estate so I would assume that he would know the rules. I've seen some people cut out the path or even paint it in other estates. Loving the look of the exposed ag ☺ My Homeone Thread - Re: Post Handover Journey Begins :) 840Jan 22, 2017 7:36 am It lookks fabulous.. the colours in the stones are so nice. Am wishing we could delete the driveway out of our contract, especially with the delays, and get exposed ag, but we're aren't allowed. Any advice on how to ensure the kit home granny flat that im thinking of buying will get council approval. The kit home companys wont release plans without a deposit and… 0 7367 thanks guys! yes this is how I've exactly raised it with the builder. still awaiting response. 12 6128 It seems very clear to me that your contract states that a security account does NOT need to be established so the answer to the builder is NO.
