We have a single awning in our bathroom upstairs and it is horrid. Basically have to shower with the door open as the electricians didn't install the fan upgrade we paid for and no matter what temperature we have the water the whole bathroom fogs up. You made the right choice with sliders. Don't worry about the cinema room- nothing a curtain won't fix and will probably be better for resale value to have the window you went with C U S T O M. We had to draw a line somewhere. Our front yard is about the size of your backyard. We would like a wide driveway and turning area. Each one of us has a car, so there's four, but my son is car mad and hubby has his toys so there may be a carport/#2 garage added in the hear future. Not sure about design as far as landscaping. We've got plants in pots coming out of our butts here, ready to go in at the new place. His argument is that it is not allowed; rule states that bathrooms are to have tempered hot water but untempered can be in kitchen and laundry. The stack work, on the other hand, is impeccable. The SS just flicked our email to the plumber who was quite adamant in letting us know that he wasn't going to do it. We have asked other plumbers to confirm what Coral had told us (that it is allowed) So either he does it now or they have to fix it later. Not budging on this one. We paid nearly $700 to have it. Beats me why on earth they would do it this way when it's only a few metres away to run it from the heater to the kitchen. Fridge water not in nor have two out of the three outdoor taps been installed. One of the taps has been put in the wrong place. We told the SS and emailed as well early last week. The brickies have started so looks like the 'reasonably easy' jobs to fix are going to become a lot harder.
