Is it better than imagined? Hey Rayges Feels kind of weird walking through it and getting more of an idea of what those 2-D pictures meant. We are kind of pinching ourselves that we actually had the balls to go ahead with the house. Now that we see things we are starting to wish that our budget had stretched more, but at the end of the day, something had to give. Like MrsJ mentioned before, the feel for the place changes as things progress ie. sometimes it feels small other times it feels right. The roofline for example just looks weird... And yes it is better because it's actually happening!!!! Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14586 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4507 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 77328 |
