Glad you avoided the brunt of it. We got a fair bit of rain which was probably good because there was a fire burning over at Hawks Nest. But they are beautiful memories and it is lovely to have that in your life. It makes you who you are. Port Stephens is a lovely area. I have fond memories of going up there as a little girl. It seems to have a lot of potential but still remains a 'lazy' place perfect for a bit of R&R. Our SS seems to be on the ball and the crew is working really well. He doesn't communicate much. Got the invoice for the frame on Tuesday, paid it that night and today we have gutter and fascia which should have been next weeks job. SS said we should have tiles by the end of next week. Hope you get better weather over the next few days. You certainly need the break to recharge your batteries! We are regretting not getting tall narrow windows in some rooms. Coral wouldn't let us change them said we would have to go back to council and that is before we started demolition....so cranky. Anywayz just have to live with it or change them later if we can't live with them. Grass is going mad!!!!
