So, I am building Vancouver33 with PD at Point Cook, Paragon estate.
Attached the changes made to the floorplan.

I found somethings that a bit off.
Such as they wont fixed the site cost and ask me to wait until tender.
As of per right now they quote 40K for the site cost. And if you ask me, the land looks pretty flat for me. Lol. But they said, the land was filled around 20cm at the front and 90cm at the back.
But what really bother me that, other builder like Henley and Carlisle both for less than 18K.
Since I have a titled land, they are m giving the free flooring, free colorbond and free evap cooling and kitchen upgrades as promo.
I am doing Hebel for $4999 (include all render throughout the house.
But since I am upgrading to aircon 17.1Kw single phase from the evaporated cooling, I have to pay extra $14500 just to upgrade! I think that cost the same as if I pay for a new one. OMG.
I did my homework with the electricity, changing and adding LEDs GPOs and such to the house will cost me around 13K. Why dont they do elecrrical pack like other builder?
I have a great and very good SC named James (currently located at the Address Point Cook) but last week just got a phone call from my BC and i think she ill be a trouble for me. She replied my email every 2-3 days. And never answer her office phone).
I have been booked for colors selection next week.
Tender mid June. And Contract early July.
Please give me feedbacks as this will be my first home and I want to do it right! So any experience, suggestion, or anything, please do.

Are the BONUS UPGRADEs in your plan given free by PD ? Was that some kind of promotion?
It is free. If you see on the drawing where it stated bonus, it is free.
They giving that to attract people with titled land to start building with them asap because lots of their customer just got pushed back due to the fact 85% of lands not being titled as planned in victoria.
I also get all doors to 2.3m high on ground floor, except the garage access door and laundry door.

My BC told today that we can do structural changes upto tender stage, but not after that.
