We thought this forum was a bit bare of Hotondo threads so we thought we'd share our experience to date.
Hotondo Shoalhaven / South Coast have been brilliant so far, they have a great 'can do' attitude and the communication has been great.
We're building the Erskine 225 with a few modifications. We swapped the Master with bedroom 2 so we're not facing the road, extended the alfresco and we've added 0.5m to the width of the garage. We also added an exterior gas point and hose point.
The various consultants have been excellent and so far we've very happy. Timelines have been a bit slower than we were hoping, but given the scarcity of tradies in the area it's not overly surprising.
The land was registered in July, we revalued the land and then the DA took 6 weeks (!!) We finally started building in October.

Over the last 2 weeks we've had drain pipes, gas pipes, plumbing, electrical box, eaves and the bath has appeared.
The cladding went on yesterday, bit of a shock because it wasn't what we thought it was but it was the cladding specified in our contract. We're going to leave it and see how it looks in the end.
So far so good!
