Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 442Feb 17, 2017 11:04 pm Uchiha Hey Shazaw I should start my own thread hey.... Good to know smeg is still used, they had those same 900mm smeg items & microwave for us. We had to change to a&l and Bristile too. No issue though it's the same profile - prestige. what brick supplier did you have selected? We had PGH, hoping we don't have to re-select as I think PGH is part of boral Upgrade prices seem to be have changed a little but like Clint said depends on your options. We paid 40 for external tap, 197 for external gas but 250 for additional washing machine tap We have Austral bricks "freedom". For all water tap and gas, we are paying directly to plumber. don't want to pay admin fee $1000. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 443Feb 17, 2017 11:13 pm yeah true... and thanks for the tip. Will ask our SS for some changes when we get to meet him. We re-did our electrical plan (new contractor). this was unfortunate, as we already did one directly with the previous electrician Sekisui appointed. This new group is concerned about doing any extra work outside burbank variation... didn't seem like your SS cared about minor changes Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 444Feb 18, 2017 9:33 am Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 445Feb 18, 2017 10:35 am yvonneh Think about all your savings from not having to do contract variations for your changes... Yes , we have end up having better qualities products and choice of colour with out variations fee and up grade $$$. BIG SAVING!!! Called to Don's yesterday checking if we needed appointment to go into the studio, apparently not needed just to browse and the red stickers are standard for Burbank. Do they have a lot of choices or limited? Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 451Feb 19, 2017 7:23 am Uchiha Thanks for all these supplier updates I went to dons in Narrelan a while back for a preview, quite a lot to choose from in red range and we were quite happy with them too. Sekisui also mentioned blue sticker is extra $10 p. m2. Did Burbank mention cost of blue? They have not mention anything about blue sticker. I will stay within the standard range (red stickers) too many others little things to add later. Like extra electrical power points. I missed that one on our build wonder if we can add without another amendment fee... Hay trimum, what stage are you at? Are you waiting for council approval? If your plans are already approved and every things ready to go than talk to plumber directly. We ask our SS if we could see plumber for some minors addition like water tap behind fridge and extra outlet in the laundry. Only recently we have decided to add more. Please start a thread so we can see changes you have made and share info. And we are all hungry pic piggies. loooooves to see pictures of other's build. We are building at Oran Park and recently saw Kara for the Burbank supplier changes and found her fab, great interior design advice from her! We have the slab and the frames are being delivered next week and hopefully these start to be put up the week beginning 27th Feb. I will try and start a thread today and will put the link on here if that's ok. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13437 |
