Lexicon half would have been perfect as the full strength looks light blue on the walls. If I had my time again I'd do the ceiling the same colour instead of ceiling white because that's the reason it looks slightly off white... it's more obvious in photos than in real life. Most is stuff we've taken photos of through the windows anyways but could finally see our feature tiles in our powder room.. edges are a bit rough, I'm hoping they'll fix that. Will have a big mirror above the tiling. Re: Building a Noosa 26 with Coral Homes 519Jan 31, 2017 1:39 pm Love them are they pennyrounds? I love them for kitchen splash in black but hubby not keen wish I had a hubby that didn't care would be so much easier Re: Building a Noosa 26 with Coral Homes 520Jan 31, 2017 4:00 pm BrownDog77 Love them are they pennyrounds? I love them for kitchen splash in black but hubby not keen wish I had a hubby that didn't care would be so much easier Bens the opposite, he picked the penny rounds and he's the one that decided to do the full wall instead of just the small patch. I saw a few others I liked but he wouldn't budge on the penny rounds haha Lindsay & Ben (Building a Noosa 26 at Wallis Creek, Gillieston Heights) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81467&p=1524570#p1524570 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14055 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4367 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 75607 |
