But it was enough space luckily to fit the robe, both lengthwise and depthwise. i checked that when i spoke to the pax consultant at the store. There is 7.5cm space on each end that you can't really see. The ensuite and hollywood robe of the avoca plan were the main selling points for me, but because I already had in mind to have a king size bed by the time I moved in, I asked SC to extend the wall by a little bit to fit both a king and 2 bedside tables and still have the opening on the other side, but she wouldnt do it and said the only way was to extend the wall the whole way, so I reluctantly agreed. Just keep that in mind depending on your bed size Where are you building? Re: Coral Homes Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens 930Jan 07, 2017 9:52 am charlibear Holy moly Von, how good does that look?! For me the hardest part was fitting the robes in a small space and making the ends flush and attaching to the wall. It was easier putting it together. Just be aware some modules dont come with screws. I had to buy screws to affix them to the wall, and ended up buying some timber at bunnings to put at the back like Mrs JM did due to the skirting board. Some of the railings dont come with the screws either, so now I need to go back to bunnings today to buy screws for those. The railings for the robe in 50cm was the only one that had them supplied. Have just got hubby thinking about wardrobes now. He would love this. Thanks becs. Even my other half was impressed and he's not one to care about furnishings etc lol. The money saved by not going custom far outweighs the cons of putting it together yourself. Well you could pay ikea to do it but I love a flatpack challenge Coral Homes Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast Viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 Re: Coral Homes Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens 934Jan 07, 2017 10:51 am Milestone I could just live in that space happily. Its just what ikea call their wardrobe flatpacks. Not sure if it stands for anything but its their robe planner. They have random names for other stuf too like their storage planner is called Algot or Besta, PAX is the name for the wardrobe planner.
