I saw one being build by MacDonald Jones on Lacey Road in Stage 16. Curious!. Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 744Mar 08, 2017 9:16 am Hey guys... for those whose LOTs were originally under Antwerp Ave and got changed to Lacey Road - I have just spoken to Liverpool council and highlighted the fact that the street sign still reads Antwerp and Not Lacey. They have a lodged a request and hopefully this should change in a couple of weeks. If anyone of you happens to be there after two weeks, can you please confirm this? If its not changd, then I might have to ring them again to find out. Do you reckon I should call them to replant it. Am assuming it Council property?. Can always do it myself later. But council may have some rules and regulation regarding that. Suggestions from anyone else? Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 746Mar 09, 2017 10:33 am Ok reported it to Tree management division of Liverpool Council. They will (hopefully) remediate the issue of dying trees on Lacey Road. I didn't know Council should be fixing it, so i was planning to get it fixed myself after i move in. Good to know it will be sorted by the council. It doesn't look good at all to see tress dying in front of your lot. Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 752Mar 11, 2017 9:31 pm Our builder submitted older plans for CDC which then went to council. The older plans only showed 2550 ceiling heights to ground floor, which we had actually upgraded to 2740. So I guess it doesn't matter overly as long as the floor space remains the same Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 753Mar 11, 2017 9:31 pm ss2211 After plans have been submitted to cdc/council, if the internal layout is changed around, does it need to he re lodged? I think you need to resubmit if it will affect the basix particularly reducing the score i.e. additional windows, aircon but no need if basix score will increase like you are adding roof sarking or additional insulation. Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 754Mar 17, 2017 1:31 pm Hey all Just thought I would check in to see where everyone is at with their builds. Currently we have had our plans lodged with council for 2 weeks and have had all but our tiles appointment. Kitchen and colours are all done so it's just a waiting game with council now. Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 755Mar 17, 2017 2:07 pm Mine stopped cause of rain , Last update i got from the builder was completion of piering. Which builder are you building with ? Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 758Mar 17, 2017 3:15 pm Nemini I am with casaview homes. I was told will be up to 12 weeks with council. Who are you building with??? BellMarch homes. Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 759Mar 17, 2017 8:51 pm I'm with Allcastle. Everything done i.e. CDC approval, colour selections, authorisation from my bank etc. Now waiting on the builders. Looking at their slow pace, I guess they might be confronted with shortage of tradies, and probably the bad weather as well. Can't wait to see my block fenced off in the coming days. No idea about the driveway question, but your price for a house that size including landscaping seems very good! 1 6161 Not unless you have managed to put it as a special condition into the contract somehow. 1 6155 |
