Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 16, 2015 10:25 pm Hi Everyone, We have been looking around on here while going through the process of getting our own build started. We thought it was time to share our upcoming build. We have gone through HGWA who had done a fantastic job with a friends build, and out of everyone we visited seemed the most helpful. Its only early stages at the moment, and our land is due to be titled at the end of the month. See below for our house plan and Land ( our beautiful dirt ). Gotta love the huge alfresco Is that the standard plan or have you modified it? From what I've seen HGWA seem to build some pretty good houses. Are you building north or south of the river? We have a charcoal colored carpet for most rooms, and a darker charcoal for the theatre room. Re: Building our first home - HGWA 16Oct 20, 2015 11:39 am Hearny87 Yeah stage 4.
