We've got a minor issue with our alfresco pillar brickwork that we want rectified or at least acknowledged prior to paying our progress payment, and we wanted to have our plate height meeting before as well. But apparently they prefer to do it after the invoice is paid and after the upper slab is poured. I can understand that, but not when we have an outstanding issue with the brickwork. Albeit only a minor issue, but we want to be able to discuss it. Our SS was supposed to check on it late last week.. hoping to hear from them today. I had a long wait for lower roof frame and then another for colorbond. It's week 46 for me now, so still plan for 50 weeks and you shouldn't get too disappointed. I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 109577 Hi there!
