Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Lara Central Estate 22Aug 24, 2015 9:44 pm We haven't started building yet(Julia is my wife) but are going through the colour process. Our land is due to title in december. Just gave you more info on my thread. Our Build Thread - JG king Memphis Re: Lara Central Estate 24Aug 24, 2015 9:56 pm No not really the only difference between as shown on the JG site and the plans is that the laundry door comes through next to the garage door facing the cloak cupboard instead of going into the center hall. This was done on the proper plans by JG king not us. Look at the plans in my thread to better understand I think I explained that poorly...... Other then changing doors and windows we haven't modified the floor plan at all. We added the 4.8m double sliding door to the back of the family room it was pretty cheap. Our Build Thread - JG king Memphis Re: Lara Central Estate 25Aug 26, 2015 8:59 pm Hi. Noticed today that the developer has pushed back the release of stage 1 & 2 to September. I think it was originally July? We're still a long way off for stage 3 but I hope you guys who are meant to title in December aren't delayed. Re: Lara Central Estate 26Aug 26, 2015 9:14 pm Hi Yes it was originally July then went to August about the same time we went to December. It's great that the website updates you on timing. My wile spoke to them and they said that stage one and two are ready it's going through the paperwork and titles part. They said our stage was still on track. They have been moving a lot of dirt around on our stage at the moment and I saw some pipe work going in too, so they are making progress hopefully it stays on time. Our Build Thread - JG king Memphis Re: Lara Central Estate 27Aug 28, 2015 3:34 pm Yep. Just went past and they look really busy with stage 5. Good news that they're still on track. Stupid question: why is firetail court called a court when it really isn't? Are there plans to extend further later on? Re: Lara Central Estate 28Aug 28, 2015 3:38 pm Yes lots of movement at the moment. Not a stupid question. I thought the same thing they must hope to extend it in the future same as our court has a grass opening at the end that lead to someone else property I guess the hope to develop further over time. Our Build Thread - JG king Memphis Re: Lara Central Estate 29Sep 13, 2015 11:13 pm We went for a walk on our block today, there is a path that pretty much leads to it. Stage 5 seems to be taking shape nicely. Stage 1 & 2 look ready to build on as soon as they have titles. Some geese and other birds have already taken up residence in stage 1 and 2. Some photos from spoonbill court. Things are moving along. It's hard to tell from the road that they have made so much progress. The court looks huge in the photos! We drove down Brolga Way last week. Seems like some of the stage 1&2 blocks are quite elevated from the roadway. Didn't notice the wildlife! We did take a picture of our street sign though (Quail Drive). We got pretty excited as there appears to be a mound of dirt on our block! Ours has a few trees on it so when we do a drive by its easy enough to figure out where our block is and what's going on. Must feel awesome to stand in the spot where your house will be!!!! Re: Lara Central Estate 31Sep 15, 2015 7:32 pm Yes it a long court but the photo makes it look bigger. Yes we got pretty excited when we saw movement on our block too it just makes it feel like its getting closer. In stage 1/2 some of the blocks are quite elavate espically the big ones in the corner. It was good to be on our bit of dirt. Re: Lara Central Estate 32Oct 04, 2015 1:43 pm We took a drive past lara central today its coming along well. Caddys road stage 5 has guttering etc so we took a bit of a closer look. It was nice driving down what will become a very familar road to us. Im dying to hear when stages 1 & 2 get titled because that means we are next Im praying for no more set backs im excited to start building. Does anyone know how far off stages 1 & 2 are from titles? I was thinking i might give bisinella a call on Monday. Re: Lara Central Estate 33Oct 04, 2015 7:37 pm Hey! We went down there today too!! Stage 5 is coming along so quickly. Must be nearly ready to tarmac all the way down Caddy's Rd soon. My other half thought he saw someone drilling holes/doing soil tests on some stage 1&2 blocks late last week. We were talking to a home sales consultant today and he thought that a few of the blocks had already titled, not all of stages 1&2 though. Good idea to call Bisinella tomorrow and check. Exciting times!! Re: Lara Central Estate 34Oct 05, 2015 2:06 pm Website has been update stage one titles have been released!!!! When we went past yesterday there were a few blocks that had their back fences up. I'd guess stage two wouldn't be to far away! Hopefully stage 5 stays on track Our Build Thread - JG king Memphis Re: Lara Central Estate 38Oct 27, 2015 7:36 am Yep saw that and the first house has started it's a JG King Display home! Our Build Thread - JG king Memphis Re: Lara Central Estate 39Nov 02, 2015 2:04 pm There is four house about to or going up now and stage 5 has footpaths and looks like they have added some top soil to the blocks.
