We don't have gas heating so can't help there sorry viewtopic.php?t=78985 Re: Building with Metricon 122Aug 11, 2015 3:54 pm Just wondering if anyone has been able to make colour selection changes during the construction stage, within reasonable timing of course. We're requesting to change an item that has not not been ordered or measured and M won't change it due to their policy. It's been very disappointing considering we've had delays and issues with the build. We've been so patient with them and now it's wearing thin! Sorry to hear about your experience Sydfam, we asked for changes to be made after contract signing since they had to update our plans anyway with things they had missed and we were charged the structural variation fee of $1,500, so we added more changes to make it worth our while. http://jazzyandluke.blogspot.com.au Building Metricon Glendale 38 http://jazzyandluke.blogspot.com.au Re: Building with Metricon 125Aug 11, 2015 8:22 pm sydfam Just wondering if anyone has been able to make colour selection changes during the construction stage, within reasonable timing of course. Sydfam - I tried to add rebate to our stacker doors for the outdoor room and got a big NO from M. I was not willing to pay the variation fee. I am sorry to hear about your experience. I hope you are able to make your change or end up being happy with your original choice. Good luck. viewtopic.php?t=78985 Re: Building with Metricon 126Aug 11, 2015 8:22 pm jazz_d Success! Have you seen a large sample of it? I found the small sample chips don't always show the colours and veins well. viewtopic.php?t=78985 Re: Building with Metricon 133Aug 12, 2015 2:55 pm sydfam Franky40 Sydfam - I tried to add rebate to our stacker doors for the outdoor room and got a big NO from M. Hi Sydfam, I think I follow your blog are you considering changing the garage door? I actually think your house looks lovely and does not look dark at all . Woodland grey is a lovely colour and will compliment your house very well. I actually prefer it over timber or the lighter grey option. Just my opinion. viewtopic.php?t=78985 Re: Building with Metricon 135Aug 13, 2015 8:13 am Scott2233 Just wondering is there anyone saw a Metricon House with the new "Provincial" Facade anywhere? If so , could you please post a photo here? We like the facade , but really want to see it in real Thanks Sorry Scott I haven't but it looks beautiful from the image. http://jazzyandluke.blogspot.com.au Building Metricon Glendale 38 http://jazzyandluke.blogspot.com.au Re: Building with Metricon 136Aug 13, 2015 8:15 am Franky40 Lovely - maybe it is just the sample you have on the mood board, Oyster Linea seems to have a green tone through it.
