Umm it wasnt too bad only 3 hours but it was pretty dull as they dont even have a showroom just an office with samples and was lunchtime so i think in the end our heads were like jelly. We really enjoyed our beaumont tiles appointment as it was more hands on and our consultant really seemed to care _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 539Jun 28, 2016 10:10 pm Oh i like the evening haze.. i hope we have something similar _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Building a Sekisui house Now Holmesville 540Jun 29, 2016 8:02 pm So we have a problem however we do have solutions. So the concretor miss interpreted the plans and as a consequence the step down from the entry hall way is 17cm off and encroachez on the floor space of the garage. Shows in the picture better then I can explain. So the fix 1) ground the slab so it is right, worries me a little. 2) install benches along that side, don't like this option at all. 3) move framing for entry hall 17cm to line up with existing step down. I am liking this idea as it will mean bigger entry and not grinding the slab But would like peoples thoughts Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 https://form.jotform.com/240284569218058 Please spare a moment to fill out this survey form for a project.
