Doesn't matter when first payment is made or when you apply for the grant, only matters about your contract date. We signed ours back in Feb so we don't qualify. Finally going to pay our deposit today. Building slightly modified noosa 23 mkll. Any tips for a first tender? Any info will be great TIA Re: Coral Homes general build thread 4436Jun 19, 2016 9:00 am yucky_worm01 Good morning everyone! Finally going to pay our deposit today. Building slightly modified noosa 23 mkll. Any tips for a first tender? Any info will be great TIA Yay. Congrats. My biggest tip would be to include everything possible that you think you might want...every upgrade etc then you can take things out if u are not happy with price. It is much easier than including things after. We found that a number of things we included in our tender had gone up by the time we got to colour selections. Had we have included them after tender as variations we would have been up for so much more. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 4438Jun 19, 2016 9:05 am Yay. We will be build twins. When is you contract finish date? Remind me where and what u are building g. If I remember rightly I love your colours. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 4439Jun 19, 2016 9:07 am Becs Coral Yay. Thanks so much becs 😄 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14446 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14736 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4797 |
