Does it throw more Grey tone or brown? I had selections today and the original color I wanted isn't available in silk so iv had to pick a new one and I'm worried the burnished wood will be more brown than charcoal. Would love to see any pics you may have. Thanks ? Re: Coral Homes general build thread 7095Jan 26, 2017 3:13 pm Hello lovelies! It's probably a stupid question, but can you get quotes based on just a disclosure plan with your house sited on it? I need to get quotes on fences, turf/landscaping, driveway, air-con, decking etc. to submit to the bank with my coral contract, but I don't want to wait for the contract (we are waiting a few weeks so timeframes fit in with land registration). And if anyone on the Gold Coast wants to recommend a tradie/company for these things, then please do - would so appreciate it! Don't know what I would do without you guys on this forum, thanks so much! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 7096Jan 26, 2017 3:15 pm Bridgetwitch Hello lovelies! Bank said as long as we have written quotes we can add onto mortgage. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish.
