By the 7th of March the house was clad and the plastering had started! Everything happened so quick. My uncle is doing the electrical wiring, so he was in there as soon as the wrapping had started and got everything wired up ready, so it all just went gangbusters! The house is only two bedroom, but feels very spacious. We are so happy with the amazing view, and the cladding was just how we pictured! As you can tell I'm still so excited about our house and seeing it take shape. So here is the view from the front woohoo!

This is looking out the open plan (lounge/dining/kitchen) windows. Great view! But as you can see, that big hideous green waste water tank has to go somewhere... And thus brings us to our first big disaster, but we shall get to that soon...

This is looking at the wall where the kitchen will be installed - yes it does look totally crazy/messy with all the wires going everywhere, but it totally makes sense when you see where everything is going. We have downlights, oven, rangehood, stovetop, powerpoints etc so they all need power. Trust me - it will make sense later on! The blue steel brackets are just there holding the plasterboards tight while they dry in place as there had to be a few joins in places. The items poking out from the floor is the plumbing for the sink and power etc for the island bench. I'll be able to wash dishes looking out at that amazing view!
