Hey Spuddles, Pinkham Lololol we had a tile meeting yesterday and met our new SS. Tiler starts Monday Kitchen is in, bench tops to be installed tomorrow in kitchen, laundry and scullery. Kitchen is very white but hopefully once the splash back is done after handover which we haven't decided on yet it will look ok. Is that a cutlery tray in a 900mm wide drawer? Re: J & M's HGWA build - Lock up 266Apr 29, 2016 12:50 am Love your elevation it is stunning!!! Can I ask what your upgrade to drawers in the kitchen cost you? Re: J & M's HGWA build - Lock up 267Apr 29, 2016 9:07 pm MrsMaccaPacca Looking really good! Is that a cutlery tray in a 900mm wide drawer? Yes it's 900 michellecandice Love your elevation it is stunning!!! Can I ask what your upgrade to drawers in the kitchen cost you? We had so much costed in together for the kitchen so they aren't itemised sorry. Of the top of my head they were in the $600 ish per bank of drawers but their costings are so inconsistent from client to client it's hard to say. The pricing is sooooo inconsistent I swear they make it up as they go on!!!! Re: J & M's HGWA build 269May 03, 2016 11:39 pm Had to race up to the block this arvo to decide what way to lay the tiles in the ensuite..... So hard but we've decided to go horizontal on the floor and walls. Walls was always going to be horizontal and floor was till the tiler started sending pics and asking what way we wanted them We have one wall behind the free standing bath in a feature tile so that made our minds up to have the floor and wall running the same, not all walls will flow like that unfortunately. Hope we made the right decision! It's smack bang in the middle of the bench! The elevation is really nice and the white kitchen looks great... I'm biased though as ours will also be white. Can I ask what your bench is? We had to change our essa stone selection at pre start as essa had pulled their entire range with no notice! We have two waterfall ends like yours too so it's nice to see it in your photos as ours will be a while away yet! Re: J & M's HGWA build 273May 04, 2016 1:20 am Ps I also saw a white kitchen on here (big build down south) where she painted the ceiling and side kitchen walls black and it looked amazing! Everything else was shades of white, including the splash.
