Good luck with your build. Thanks! We're building in Mt Pleasant. Its a highly modified Gosling. I have more photos but I didn't want to flood the post lol. So far if I had to rate the quality of the build... (I do engineering and construction management in my day job ) Earthworks - 10/10 Pipework - 10/10 Foundations - 10/10 Slab - 10/10 Theres no exposed reo. Dimensions are spot on. Form work was perfect and came off real clean. Levels are flat (it rained yesterday - no large pools of water in any one location) Construction adhered to in work hours (neighbors both came out when I went over to tell me) I'll keep taking more photos as the build keeps going Re: Building with Broadway Homes 4Apr 27, 2016 9:46 pm Glad all has gone to plan to date! Would love to see a floorplan too. Sure thing I'll pop it up later tonight when we get home. I've put a pic of the floor plans. I edited them a little to just show the layout not sure how the Intellectual property on the drawings works so It's just a basic layout. There's a two story void at the back. A butlers panty and the backyard is 15m long. The house is about 30m long. 4 bed 3 bath. We have 4 toilets but we're sort of paranoid about toilets. Lol Re: Building with Broadway Homes 10May 15, 2016 10:13 pm charlibear Following along, love to see the floor plan also Floor plans at the top and an image of something we sort of are aiming for with the look. Internal doors done. Looking pretty fancy Also - we ordered the floor tiles. 1800x200 kuni imola wood look. Re: Building with Broadway Homes 19Nov 23, 2016 10:46 am These are the floors tiles on order. Originally we were 100% against wood look tiles until we saw a house done with nice ones. Over 20 pattern variations and 1.8m long :S textured with all the knots and grooves so you can feel them. Plus - because of the slab heating they will transmit heat better so the tiles will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter plus no maintenance costs, no stripping sanding or chemicals. Exciting stuff! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending.
